We want you to feel good about Between Sessions. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, then submit a refund request, or
- Email us at kekee28@gmail.com from your account email and we will help you initiate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take several business days to appear.
Cancellations vs refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management page. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
